Nestled on 10 picturesque acres, it is known for providing specialist dementia care, 24-hour nursing support, and respite services. The Opportunity

We are seeking an innovative and compassionate leader to manage the day-to-day operations of this thriving aged care facility. In this role, you will:

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care.
• Foster a positive and collaborative culture that encourages growth and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards while driving operational sustainability.
• Use your strategic management expertise to oversee financials, rostering, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community.
